West End Junction (USA)

West End Junction is an indie Americana band from St. Louis, MO, founded by Cara Ristau (vocals, keyboard) and Dan Ristau (guitar).
Their music, heavily influenced by folk, Americana, and indie country, has been described as “haunting” by Gesso Magazine and “ethereal” by Grateful Web. Lyricist Cara Ristau’s words often reflect themes around social justice and spirituality with a particular focus on climate change. Known around their hometown of St. Louis, Missouri for their onstage chemistry, they play often at a variety of local venues including listening rooms, breweries, and farmer’s markets.
In 2023, they began touring the Midwest and Western United States after releasing their first full length album, Out Here In The Plains. Their third album, All Fall Down, was released on Earth Day 2024
